Bulletproof Leadership
Bulletproof Leadership is a leadership development seminar that gives supervisors the tools needed to handle morale-killers, performance-zappers, accountability-avoiders and more. This training provides practical strategies that help influence the work environment, develop a positive workplace culture, and turn compliance into commitment by improving employee morale, accountability, and performance. Attendees will learn how to:

• Set clear expectations including a duty to intervene
• Use assertive communication skills to reduce problems
• Show appropriate employee recognition and appreciation
• Improve employee job satisfaction and retention
• Use strategies that improve accountability and performance
