Bulletproof Leadership is a leadership development seminar that gives supervisors the tools needed to handle morale-killers, performance-zappers, accountability-avoiders and more. This training provides practical strategies that help influence the work environment, develop a positive workplace culture, and turn compliance into commitment by improving employee morale, accountability, and performance. Attendees will learn how to:



• Engage with employees to build trust

• Create a positive work culture to improve morale

• Provide effective employee feedback throughout the year

• Utilize coaching to improve performance

• Effectively utilize accountability

• Use early intervention for improved future performance

• Respond appropriately to negative attitudes and behaviors

• Effectively utilize 7 Step Performance Discussions

• Document and deal effectively with unacceptable behavior

• Identify what “fully successful” performance looks like

• Set clear expectations including a duty to intervene

• Use assertive communication skills to reduce problems

• Show appropriate employee recognition and appreciation

• Improve employee job satisfaction and retention

• Use strategies that improve accountability and performance
