VALOR Train the Trainer Workshop
This grant-funded workshop:
Assists law enforcement trainers in developing and delivering their agencies’ in-house officer safety and wellness training based on the VALOR framework and concepts.
Identifies and explores available resources, suggested scenarios, discussion questions, and training videos available on the VALOR Program website.
Engages participants through practical teach-back exercises.
To attend this workshop, officers should have previously attended a VALOR multiday officer safety and wellness training within the last 2 years or should have registered for the Survive & Thrive: Protecting You and Your Fellow Officers training that precedes this workshop.
