Semi-Auto Pistol Instructor Certification Course
This hybrid 40-hour (12 hours online / 28 hours in-person) instructor certification course is designed to certify candidates as a law enforcement semi-auto pistol instructor. Upon successful completion candidates will be qualified to conduct daytime & nighttime semi-auto pistol training for recruits & sworn officers as well as conduct semi-auto pistol qualifications.

Required Equipment:
- Duty pistol and three magazines. Weapon mounted light optional, but preferred
- Duty holster and magazine pouch(s) for
two magazines
- 600 rounds of pistol ammo
- Eye & ear protection (clear eye pro for night shoot)
- Hat with a brim
- Hand-held flashlight
- Knee and elbow pads
- Black marker
- Weather-related gear
- Hydration fluids & snacks
This is not a KLETC course.

Candidates must fit into one of these three membership categories to register and attend. Check our website for membership category details.
- Law Enforcement - $50 annually
- Military - $40 annually
- Security Industry - $60 annually (restrictions apply)
- Private Sector - $60 annually (restrictions apply)
The online portion of this course will begin ten (10) days before the start date of the in-person training.
