Alvin Sowers

Alvin joined KLETC in 2000. He has served as an Instructor of Police and Basic Training Administrator at KLETC. Alvin has eighteen years of law enforcement experience serving that time with the Lyons Police Department. 

Alvin holds an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Barton County Community College. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and a master’s in science in the field of management from Friends University. 

Alvin was reclassified as Associate Director for Basic Training in October 2018.
