KPOA Annual Firearms Competition
The KPOA Pistol Match is a Steel, 5-stage course.
The Shotgun match consists of 13 Steel targets and 4 clay pigeons launched in the air by pigeon
flippers.
There are three divisions; Law Enforcement (LE), Civilian, and Carry Optics.
All three divisions shoot the same courses of fire with the same rules. At the end of the match the top
Civilian shooter and the top Law Enforcement shooter will compete in a head-to-head shoot off to
determine the best overall shooter and win the Old Masters Award.
The Carry Optics division is a separate division (combined LE and civilian) and is not eligible for the
stage awards or the Old Masters trophy. There will however be a 1st place plaque for the top shooter
.
Lunch is provided for all competitors.
This is not a KLETC Training
