Topics covered include; 1) Current Trends in Mixed Martial Arts, 2) Defending Takedowns, 3) Executing Takedowns, 4) Mitigating Strikes against Strikers, 5) Ground Control and Survival against Grapplers, 6) Using MMA Rulesets to our Advantage.
